Application–Deadline August 1, 2009. After deadline will be accepted for available space, waitlist, or cancellations.

Five (5) pictures-4 of your work and 1 of booth display.

Two checks or money orders (made payable to Material Things):  (1 for a $20.00 non-refundable application fee and (1) for the booth deposit in the amount of $100.00 when submitting the application.  Include a SASE to return pictures and deposit if application is not accepted. Accepted artist’s pictures will be returned at the show. Notification of acceptance and contracts will be mailed within 2 weeks of receipt.  Full payment for booth will be due thirty (30) days after contracts are mailed.  A payment plan is available, as well.  Let me know if you want to make monthly payments.
